In
the Beginning Mommy-Go-Round was launched in the summer of 2004
by Beth Perkins while pregnant with her son, Luke. She was extremely
frustrated with the maternity options available. There were very
few fun, cool, hip, comfortable clothes available. Those that were
available were grossly overpriced. A former businesswoman with
a CPA license and an MBA degree, Beth saw the opportunity to fill
a void in the maternity apparel market. From the beginning, Mommy-Go-Round has
been fully committed to creating an entire line of maternity apparel.
The tees and tanks segment was Phase 1. Phase 2, accompanied
by Baby #2, Audrey Emeline, born June 2005, is a full line of apparel,
including pants, shorts, skirts, dresses and blouses. The Spring
2006 Collection is the debut of the full line. The line is fun,
beautifully constructed with fabulous fabrics and made to fit throughout
the entire pregnancy. The mission of Mommy-Go-Round is to make pregnancy
much more comfortable, enjoyable and affordable. |
